Alongside physical fatigue, many runners experience emotional lows, loss of motivation, or uncertainty about what comes next, regardless of how the race went.
This session focuses on the often-overlooked psychological recovery phase, helping runners reflect, reset, and move forward in a healthy and sustainable way.
