The marathon doesn’t end at the finish line.

Alongside physical fatigue, many runners experience emotional lows, loss of motivation, or uncertainty about what comes next, regardless of how the race went.

This session focuses on the often-overlooked psychological recovery phase, helping runners reflect, reset, and move forward in a healthy and sustainable way.

What This Session Covers

  • Common emotional responses after a marathon

  • Understanding post-marathon low mood and loss of motivation

  • Reflecting on the race without harsh self-judgement

  • Supporting confidence, identity, and motivation

  • Creating space before setting new goals

    This session is primarily designed to be booked by running clubs to support multiple runners together.

    How club access works

    1. A club representative books and pays via the club booking form

    2. The club receives a private runner registration link

    3. Each runner registers individually to receive the webinar link, recording, and resources

  • Individual places are available for runners whose club is unable to book, or who are training independently.
