Ongoing Support for Individual Athletes

Consistent psychological support provides you with structured, individualised guidance to develop confidence, focus, and psychological resilience over time, rather than through isolated sessions.

Why ongoing support?

Through experience, I’ve found that athletes who engage in sport psychology consistently over time tend to benefit most. Mental skills, like physical training, develop through regular practice and reflection rather than one-off sessions.

Performance Support Plans provide structured, ongoing support that aligns with your training and competition schedule, allowing skills to build progressively and strategies to be applied directly to real-world training and competition. This approach ensures continuity, clear expectations, and personalised support focused on long-term confidence and performance.
