I specialise in working with endurance athletes where performance depends not just on physical preparation, but on the ability to manage pressure, discomfort and decision-making over time. This includes helping athletes target iconic events including the Houston Half Marathon,  London Marathon, Valencia Marathon, and international games including the European Indoor Championships, and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
